This would be much more useful if you used a dyed fluid instead of actual bacteria. We aren't going to see the results of it, we just need the method. Also, a quick list of steps in the video description wouldn't be bad. "1. Flame loop. 2. Get bacteria. 3. Initial Spread. 4. Flame loop." Etc. I really can't see what you've done on the agar with any of your spreading about with this video. :/ The tips like burying the loop in the agar to cool are nice.

OK so you sample the culture 1 time, and flame the loop 3 times; one time before each streak right?
