  • Well, at least this stupid woman has enough sense to just go away. So for that I thank her.

  • She actually knows nothing about the Constitution. She doesn't know what's in the First and Fourteenth Amendments? The exact words separation of church and state aren't in the Constitution but they are in MANY U.S. Supreme Court decisions interpreting the First Amendment. But she didn't know what the actual text was that was in the First Amendment, she asked her opponent "that's in the Constitution?" I know more constitutional law than she ever will and that's pretty clear on its face.

  • @michealati2 need you say more? no you need not.

  • O'Donnell was trying to state "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" is not actually in the first Admendment!

    Talk about idiots.

Later Jefferson clarified a 'WALL of Separation of Church and State'

meaning One Religion can not influence law or Govern our Country or State.

Sad people just do not get it- It is Separation, NOT REMOVAL OF RELIGION

  • @TheEnviousdominous No, she was asked which SCOTUS opinions "of late" she most objects to. The Court has been relatively conservative lately, so I don't blame her for not thinking of one off the top of her head!

You're a good example of how petty liberals can be!

  • @Techno5555 Yeah, and when she couldn't name a single SCOTUS decision that she disagreed with, she couldn't because she was so smart she couldn't fit any more intelligent ideas in that super smart brain of hers.

  • She grinned at the crowd as if they were laughing with her. "Tee hee, I so smart.".

  • What a dumb bitch.

  • Why do people like her even bother? What an embarrassment to the already flawed US education system. If we ever get rid of the 1st amendment, people like her will be the smart ones in our country. That should be scary as hell, yet people like her actually have supporters.

  • idiot teabagger....

  • @RayRai8262 She was referring to researchers in California who created living mice with functioning human stem cells in their brains. Are you this indignant about Joe Biden? Okay, back to the point! Unlike you, I saw the ENTIRE debate that this clip came from, and she proved she knew the 1st Amendment when she asked her opponent if he could name the 5 freedoms guaranteed in the 1st Amendment, and he couldn't name ANY! Where is your indignance about that?? Where was CNN about that??

  • @andrea082 what position does she stand for.. stupid conservatism....ARE YOu freaking deaf .. for the whole video? even with evidence

  • @Techno5555 talking to you.. is a fail.. YOUR DEFENDING christine odonnel.. she thinks mouse have human brains..... i rest my case..AND YOU KNOW. she wasnt being clever.. when she asked that question.. she was just stupid.. because AFTER HE EXPLAINED IT.. .. how that phrase is interpreted.. in the first amendment. .. yet she is still confused. SHE DOESNT even know the amendments her party stands for. so whats your fuken point.. your either stupid or a troll.. so good bye. .

  • @RayRai8262 No, the point of her question was that the phrase "separation of church and state" is NOT in the Constitution, and it's arguably not an "indispensable" principle of our country's founding either, which is what Coons referred to it as just before she asked him that question! She DIDN'T ask him: "WHERE IN THE WORLD did that phrase come from"? She asked: "WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION is [that phrase]"! IT'S NOT THERE, Ray!! Your COMMENT is a FAIL!

  • @Techno5555 YOUR dumbfuck is what you are.. EVERYONE KNOWS ITS NOT in it.. but it is A COMMON.. thing that any one with half a brain has herd and know about.. the QUESTION is a fail.

  • wow this woman is clearly not fit to run a daycare program

  • @number1historybuff Only a severely egotistical or deranged person would consider my previous post a "concession". LMAO!

  • she didnt have the facts

  • @Techno5555 I accept your concession. Best of luck in the minor leagues.

  • @number1historybuff Look, you've made several erroneous statements, and you refuse to admit to any of them! Not only that, but you've repeatedly accused me of things that I'm NOT guilty of! Like wanting "a theocratic government", watching "so much Glenn Beck", making a "completely invalid" argument about the intent of the establishment clause. None are true. Given all that, I don't see the point in continuing to debate someone who is so fundamentally dishonest.

  • @Techno5555 He didn't claim it was a precise quote, and it was certainly a close paraphrase, clumsy in syntax, but clear in meaning unless one wants to split hairs just in order to be in argument.

  • @Techno5555 The14thAmendment, passed in 1868, incorporates the Bill of Rights. Test cases always reach the docket some time after the passage of an amendment. If a state has an official religion, people are forced to indirectly support it, so it is a violation of one's liberty (Lemon v. Kurtzman). Plus, if you don't believe that the establishment clause applies to the states, there would be noting applying the free exercise clause to the states either.
