There were a lot of rumors going after war about germans invented flyiing saucer type vehicles. But they were faster than those planes that existed then not faster than modern airplanes. True achievments of them was it was real antigravity devices which couldn't fly to space yet. Even those that exists still cannot shoot to out of atmosphere.

Silverbug resulted in the Rocket Program which took us to the moon NOT any kind of VTOL UFO type of thing. The AVRO by the way, was Canadian.

We didn't follow 'them'... first off, 'they' didn't have any of that UFO stuff, and second, we don't either. Besides, people cannot merely in a causal way, claim that anything disc-like... is the same as anything else disc-like. Otherwise the Whamo-O Frisbee, would be a classified military secret huh? NO!
