it's quite common in anime. anime girls do just the same when they're taking a bath together. for example: HOTD clip of girls taking shower

CLANNAD clip of Ryou and Kyou in the bath

i can go on and on. point is, it doesn't mean it's yuri. the characters are just very close to each other, and they perfectly depicted true best friends.
