Actually, it didn't feel that bad once I got the bar to my knees. I am the same on deadlifts as with the bench...the lock-out portion is always easy...

We picked them up at an industrial supply store. They are just over 30 lbs each...then the medium ones are 15 lbs each, and the small chains are 5 lbs each. You can also order chains via Westside Barbell or Elite FTS.
