This was some of the saddest months ever. I was heartbroken when I heard the news. I couldn't believe that someone would do that to a innocent little child! MY Engllish teacher was outraged, and almost started crying in class when they found his body. I mean, if you didn't want kids, don't even go looking around in the foster care system. They only did it for the money, or so I am told. RIP Marcus! :|

When I first moved to Cincy I saw on the news Marcus was mising, I looked and looked, and whenI heard the news the mom lied, man I wanted to kick there A** for doing this to this litle boy, RIP

idk why i would get a neg. comment respons but u can belive what u want to belive but from ssomeone whjos been through this stuff its the truth some foster parents are good and some arnt. Im not saying they all are bad but this could have been stopped

Oh boo hoo, David Carroll cried for Marcus. Now, he distracts himself by reading a book. Boy, he was a dedicated parent who saw nothing wrong with taping that poor little boy in a blanket so that he could have sex with his bitch of a wife. Rot in hell!

yes ok here's the truth.Since i lived right where it happened.He was killed by his foster parents (liz and david carroll) his biological mother gave him away to foster care when she was not able to take care of him.
