Lolzz...all I can do is laugh...manipur is one of the smallest states in India and I am pretty sure we will not have even so much army men in Manipur.

Per UN figures, India's GDP has doubled in the past 7 years. Whatever you say, my friend, India is decreasing it's poverty - maybe not as fast as China, but per general world view. And has never been a bhikari like it's neighbor's government for day to day activities.
