I have used this album Soma for over 10 years to support me in deeply letting go and re-energizing my system. It is a brilliant album.

This is the second of three tracks.  The first track, Lullaby, brings my consciousness to my body, and it slowly lulls me into a deep inner state. Then this track takes over and somehow shifts me into a state that only can be attained with the previous let go and harmonizing of Lullaby. Finally, Oceana, track three, revitalizes and brings me back refreshed.
