I would like the opportunity to comment on this video. It shows that there are certain elements of which the human body is in need, one being niacin. I, for one, am very thankful to have bread each and every day. I am also thankful for this very excellent video which is informative as well as a lot of fun. Thanks 248329 for a great video.
