deoaxys has the most stats in every stat except defence in its respectable form, shuckle has the most with 220 base defence!!!!! :D

the best # i've seen grew so far at leveling up 1 level is 73... like my metagross... its attack grew 73 at lvl 99 maxing it out to 504 at level 100.

the best speed pokemon is deoxys (speed form, right nature/character) and at lvl 99 u can get the max ev shown in it of all pokemon... trust me on this and it works for all pokemon but remember to use berries to lower all the ev's in them (works for any stats and remember 510 evs' only not gonna go into details lolz).
