Do you all think this angle made Backlund look weak and lose respect as WWF champion? I mean he went too far weaping. It's kind of like a scene out of Mayberry when Opie get his heart broken and runs home to cry to Andy and Aunt Bea. Bob went too far!

Its funny how everybody's an expert now on wrestling. Back in those days, we thought it was all real, and didn't say things like "he didn't SELL it well", or he "BUMPED wrong". We were so engrossed by the action as well as the drama, that we didn't have these "Ladies of the View" rants! Thanks Vince........... jerkoff.
