  • I think this demo version of Technopop is BY FAR better than the official version of the song from 1986

  • What amazes me is that Ralf and Florian thought this tune wasn't good enough to release. It's f**kin' BRILLIANT!

  • For some reason, this was the version of Techno Pop I had on CD, so I thought this was the actual version.

  • Where's the 1983 demo version of "Sex Object" on youtube?

  • very good job. congrats Slejdy :)

  • @njitram00000

No it doesn`t sound like the "cosmic music" of Tangerine Dream at all. Its an urban sound (Synthetic electronic sounds. Industrial rhythms all around.)

This demo version has a touch of classic Kraftwerk tunes like "Trans Europe Express" or "Europe Endless" - I guess that`s why I like it so much.

  • comes close to Tangerine Dream this, more than other Kraftwerk tracks

  • @misterMCfwenis

Yes, this could have been one of the greatest Kraftwerk songs ever. Even the demo version of it is fucking brilliant.

  • i swear i would love to have this on my ipod. :1:05 to 1:10 made me cry because of the pitch change was so beautiful :'] id rate this song x50000000!!!!

  • Although, I've always loved Electric Café, and looked at it as an underrated gem in music history, I absolutely love this. What a fucking awesome version of Techno Pop. Please, if anyone get a hold of a MP3 file, give me a shout.
