WebServer Demo

The authors study and implement an embedded web-server system based on FPGA technology to remotely monitor and control devices equipped in a Lab via Internet connection. The web-server is built based on Xilinx Virtex-4 ML403 evaluation platform. A security card reader module mounted at the Lab entrance is controlled by a designed program embedded in the platform. Data relating to system activities is stored on a flash memory connected with platform. Experimental results show that the web server is integrated effectively into the remotely monitoring and controlling system.
