who cares. you do realize that a straight pour releases the most flavor, right? that's actually how Germans pour beer in national beer tasting competitions. I kinda trust the Germans know what they're doing when it comes to beer.

I'm A Swede and I don't even live in Ireland, but I know I shouldn't serve someone a pint of Guinness like that!
From what I've heard you should poor it in 45 degress and when you've poored 2/3 you should wait and let the bubbles settle and then poor the last of the content straight from above.

yeah... this is pretty pathetic. (not the youtube member, but the pour)
first 2/3 of glass should be poured at 45 degrees. AFTER the surge, pour straight up and down... and one shouldn't let the guinness fall from so high.
