The Watcher: Everything

The second of my videos based on this film, this one really IS a love story. I couldn't resist the idea that Griffin and Campbell really do exist for no other purpose but to have a twisted love affair, which of course has dire consequences for Griffen's victims. Pure fluff (if it's possible to have such a thing in this film!). Look out for James Spader's half smile when he puts away his mobile phone about halfway through...and tell me he didn't do it just to get the slashers talking! This one also has dialogue from the film in it - which made the sound editing a bit interesting.

LOL! Well, that's not strictly true - I've done a Sex, Lies and Videotape music video that's completely Ann/Graham (on my list of videos) and also a vid for "Secretary" that was Edward/Lee (sadly no longer here at youtube but on the Emporium under Miscellaneous vids). I think the thing about James Spader is that he has amazing charisma and chemistry with every co-star of his, reardless of whether they're male or female :)

I love this and have favorited it. I remember thinking when i saw the movie that this definitely seemed like more of a love relationship than anything else,and I recently read a story -I think it was one of yours-it was so good-that i got into the movie again. i'm getting the dvd this week to see the whole thing over.

i wish they'd had a sequel to it.

i'm looking forward to seeing the other videos you have in the trilogy.

Thanks for saying what the film only touched upon. I think quite a few fans expressed the need to see more depth to this special relationship. I suppose Joel Charbanic had played up that theme as much as he dared to. Impressive video! ;)
