HI Neil. I posted a video of me making a cloud disappear with my mind. I also found out I can make the clouds denser -from a white cloud to dark grey. A make them denser in an attempt to make rain, but not successful so far. From your research,Do you think making rain is possible as well or too difficult?

We did a rain making experiment to great success- but with a large audience- quite possible with smaller numbers, or talented individuals. See Great Weather Experiment Neil Slade Google search

Oh, and how essential is the triune brain model to these mental exercises (exercises seems a lacking word for this) I'm not quite sure that I buy into the R-Complex being a completely dishonorable part of the mind. Pehaps the id, ego, superego model could suffice, Jung's Divisions, or maybe even Yin and Yan. So bacially, is the method worthless without the model?

I've never said the R-Complex is "undesirable"-- that's plain silly. You need it like every other part of your brain. It's just a convenient and easy way to describe it's function relative to other brain parts and functions. It has limitations and advantages.
