I agree with Tiffanycuore in that it would be sweet to see an entire typical workout - 7 of them, what do you ACTUALLY do for the week....... would be insightful!!

I met you at the Arnold.. I have been a fan for years..you are truly inspirational.I watched the, Get up and Go

Segment on you tube and it is motivating, with Summer around the corner. I think it would be awesome if you did a podcast

so people can listen (+/or ) watch you when they workout etc. Keep up the great work and sharing. I would love to see

more Get up and Go episodes.
