If you still want one of these I am still taking orders. But I am no longer offering the full guitar - just a body/pickguard only.
Also - to clear some things up since I seem to be getting a lot of negative comments. The guitar in the video was my 2nd attempt at making a replica of John's guitar. I realize that I left the pickguard wear off. At the time, I didn't really have a process on how to make the wear look authentic so I left it up to the buyer to do his/her share of 'relicing'.
As for the GFS Boston Blues - I think they are a great sounding set of pups, especially for the money. My recording gear isn't exactly studio quality so you're definitely not hearing the 'true' tone.

I think it's kind of cool without the pickwear because thats how Mayer's one looked when he first got it. The wear has built up over the 7 years he's now had it.
