I let my naturally carbonated Ginger-Birch Ale age a bit too long in my garage before refrigerating it. On the plus side, it made some alcohol, and has a bit of a kick to it. On the minus side, it is so carbonated that it goes crazy with foam when you open it. Nonetheless, the cascade of foam is beautiful, and the beverage is delicious.
