Ipod USB Device Not Recognized Easy Fix

I did a little research when this happen to me I found a way to do it. Download

IRip is for ITunes to recognized so it's will work.
No need to buy new USB so this it's to help those who USB Can't Recognized and doesn't work.

I have the same problem as Affliction3236. How is this program supposed to work? I understand that iRip is recognized by iTunes but how does that help me? It is still not working for me, please provide further explanation please.
