i've got a question. when he said he was training in deathmatch one shot headshot. did he mean that he would take his time an hit the shot or hit one shot at the head as fast as he could.

Start slow and work up to it. Make sure you can actually hit the shot first so you develop the kinesthetic reaction or 'muscle memory'. I play the Violin (quite well) and when I practice, I always go very slowly at first to make sure I can hit all the notes, then I ramp it up over time until I am going FASTER than it is actually played. Then, when I play the piece at normal speed, I have the accuracy from going slow and the confidence from going fast, and pwn it.

Aim on the head all the time... when you shoot you need to pull the aim down

What sensitivity do you play on?

One big flaw, everyone need to keep their sensitivity constant. When ever you change it, you will have to relearn your muscle memory.

Starting slow and getting faster as thewarowl said will get you headed in the right direction, and Im actually a cello performance major so I understand where he is coming from, but doing so will not get you the desired results very fast. You'll probably get there, it'll just take you a rather long period of time. There other in game and physical aspects you have to keep in mind, and I cannot expalin in a 500 character comment. Add me on steam george2050 if you want to know more.

You mentioned "running drills" in the vid. Which others would you do besides those mentioned here?
