I saw you check the kick and then counter with the other leg round kick, which is ok with ring style. Just a suggestion. See if you can check the kick with the yok khao guard(raising your knee) and then round kick the bag right at the time the raised leg lands. This is a counter attack in Muay Boran. getting the momentum right isnt easy, but it works.

you need to bend your knees more and which ever foot stays on the ground when u step ur that foot should point more outward.

@delaforce202 dude, you trained in Phuket for 3 years, WOW - go to a real gym and train before you assume you can critique anyone, you probably spent more time banging bar girls than training anyways

Technique is your poor point. No power in your kicks. You want to stand on the side of the bag and kick through not just kick. I did 3 yrs at tiger muay Thai so I can confidently critique you

need a heavier bag. settle down a bit as well, your footwork is bit loose but good work out.
