A song by the german band Helloween, creators of power metal!
Their first album, which this song is from, was the blueprints of power metal, and not long after this album was released, power metal became a major subgenre ;)
And of course we can't forget that this was where Kai Hansen began, this is the only Helloween album he does vocals on, afterwards he played guitar only and hired Michael Kiske for the vocals, another legendary singer.
Kai left the band to form Gamma Ray after their third album, Keeper of the Seven Keys Part II, and the term "jumping a sinking ship" comes to mind as their next two albums were rather weird, after which Kiske left the band and Andi Deris took over the vocals, who personally I rate highly as a vocalist, and I am a big fan of their more recent works too :)

I wouldn't say they created Power Metal alone, many bands laid the foundations for what we now know as Power Metal, they blueprinted the European, "more flowery" form of Power Metal but there were some bands here and there (Jag Panzer, Stormwitch, Manowar) hinting Power Metal sounds before this album.

@Deghinsea132
Well sure, even some Iron Maiden songs have a very power metal-ish feel about them, what I mean is they took that and defined it into an actual genre rather than some vague heavy/speed kinda label, and Kai Hansen isn't known as the grandfather of power metal for nothing ;)

@Xaltheron He's known as the grandfather of European Power Metal, not Power Metal as a whole, since there were bands before Helloween playing what we now know as Power Metal, more of a USPM approach.

@Deghinsea132 Look, I'm not trying to write a detailed historical article here, this is just my own opinion and take on things, and I've met many others who think the same. There are a number of bands that can take credit for creating power metal, but for me Helloween and Kai Hansen will always be the ones who really kickstarted the genre, if you don't believe so, then no probs.
