SCV Send in the Clowns 2009

SCV plays Send in the Clowns at a gathering outside the Stadium in Allentown Pa at the DCI Eastern Classic on 08-01-09. This was a full corps gathering with the Madison Scouts. I didn't get there in time to hear them also. Turn this up and blast it. Amazing audio from a Canon Powershot S5iS!

I've been in many arch's over the years. This is the first hearing them and when they hit that at 1:23 you could feel it in your chest! The vibration was intense!

You couldn't get any closer. I was standing with the Madison Scouts while it was being played for "them". I couldn't just run up and stand in the middle lol.

I must post the first comment on this video- since its mine. I have followed drum corps for years. You haven't seen, heard, or felt anything until you are in the arch at an intimate setting and witness first hand the playing of this song. I will always remember standing there and being a part of the raw power and emotion given by this corps and their song!!!

What incredible balance ! - I've been in front of this hornline and the really great part is you don't listen to the music with your ears because the music goes THROUGH you and you FEEL it with your entire being . . . This is by far the best recording of this I've ever come across! Having competed against this corps for 8 years, I've always loved their tradition and their amazing ability to make me cry every time they play this chart!
