I play great bass recorder in the Los Angeles Recorder Orchestra. This group of youngsters play like they have been performing for years! They are absolutely awesome. Well done.

Go to the website of ballyclare victoria flute band to hear how one of the best British flute bands sounds. Try the sample from their CD of 'The Middy' march by Kenneth J Alford, the British Sousa. Remarkably like a recorder group although they play concert flutes. Then listen to 'Tico Tico'. I think you will enjoy! The website has problems with sound, but persevere! Best wishes!

Your band playing is a tremendous tribute both to the teachers and children and to all the work put in. My favourite is your version of 'King Cotton',which I listen to often.I used to play in a flute band, in Scotland, where I live. The sound is silimilar, but we were adults and not as good as you!
