Not neccessarily; it depends on what you do in training.
Conditioning is obviously essential, but you can get hurt regardless of your physical condition if you take big drops and other high impact movement

Not neccesary. Also, It's important not to overtrain. The more time you spend at conditioning your body, the longer you'll be able to train. People that do movements that their body are not prepared for, might aswell have to stop to train before they want to because their body breaks down. Soo, if you condition often you build up bodyarmour agianst injuries. You could say you condition
in order to move.

@SoSH0 THey do feel tight after lots of upper body work, it is normal. It is the blood pumping nutrient to the muscle. I think. . Strain, not so much, but then again. Im not a doctor bro. Just make sure there is no pain in what you do.

We do, that is just the training for that day, it was more about grip strength, since the hold were so small. Thanks though.
