With the November full moon, high above Taunggyi, the hot air balloon festival is nothing like you could possibly imagine. Hundreds of thousands of people converge here for 5 days and nights of celebration. Its a crazy scene of wild joy.

I grew up in taungyi in my younger days. it was about 1970's. We watch the fireballons from our yard beside the fireworks. Thanks for the post.
