Actually no they cant. If you have Pokemon Silver...and try it. Its not going to work. Legendaries CANNOT breed with Ditto. As calreaper said only way is through hacking.

i actually have both, but through CHEATING (the only way to obtain them(or hacking)

@RKO4EVER860 Well I WAS talking about the video lol. I know about the Celebi egg glitch. It's too much of a pain for me to do though. I know that the Celebi egg glitch is in fact a glitch. Once again, I was talking about the video (which was a hack)

@RKO4EVER860 This one in particular is a HACK. This person also hatched a Mew. Plus, the user pretty much admits that it is a hack. Watch the video in the description for how to get it.

@RKO4EVER860 Glitches are accidents overlooked by game developers that other players use as advantages. Hacks are when people edit what the programmers already put in. It's a hack.
