99 Magic 10 Hitpoints can it be?

I have been working on an account for around 1 and a half year, where I have been doing skilling, and non combat action, and still raising my combat. Keeping the hitpoints at 10. How far I came before it ended, you can see here. Might continue on the account doing something else.

Sorry for the above, but I really want this to come up. I got the 11 Hitpoints when I was trying to do death to the dorgeshuun quest by cannon and recoils, but when Zanik the goblin attacks, the experience for the damage she does goes to your experience, and she did well over 15 damage and I was 22 xp from 10 Hitpoints, and this is not a known fact, and there went one and a half year in the drain. Trying to find out something else to do with the account now.

At 1:10 look closely, the hp says 12.

@TheSilent49 If you're blind I'm sure it does, if you're able to use your eyes though, feel free to look again at 1:10 and you'll see that it says 10, like on ALL the other screenshots except for the one in the end where it shows 11.

lol do you think "only 17 lvl away" is not much? at 82 you got only 2.4mil xp, for 99 you need 13mil xp..

It is I'm possible to stay a lvl 3 couse u get a lvl after 82 Mage lvls I tried it and I tried on a calculator for rs
