this actually took me 16 minutes
This is how I make it black and white and color and there's probably a quicker way but this is how I do it
I did this in Photoshop Elements 5.0
The Tools I used are...
Magic Wand- To get the outline
Eye Dropper - To suck up the color
Eraser
Brush
Also when I was done getting Courtney's outline I made a new layer, turn the mode to Multiply and that's how I colored it so well.
