I bought the 16 week Beginner "Chi Running PAIN-FREE Half Marathon Training Program" from the Chi Running website in January 2010, and used it to train for and run my first half marathon. This video is a little section of the race that my husband filmed on his bicycle while riding beside me. My official time was 2 hours, 20 min. This was before I transitioned into barefoot running, and I can see now that I have a lot to improve on in my form.

  • It looks like you can run a lot faster than that since you're not out of breath at all, but your jogging looks like pretty good form.
