I think everybody should lay off of Adam... he's talented, he has his own voice and he sings his father's songs with passion. There aren't any rules to what he is supposed to do!

such a difference it is unbelievable. he has the talent, just follow your fathers footsteps more closely. unfortunately what presides this is not easy. the voice is most certainly there.

I am sorry but the voice from his father is deep and touches your soul...
I think he can better sing his own songs, he has a great voice but not for his fathers songs... That's my opinion...

The more I listen to this version the better I like it. Adam gives it a gut wrenching, unrequited love feeling. Leonard gives it a more tender, sweet/sadness. It may have something to do with their ages. Adam's version is a young man devasted by love lost, perhaps for the first time. Leonard's version is that of an old man with no regrets looking back on a failed love with sweet sorrow.
