Aeri posted a video about Kimbap. Please have respect, and stop bringing up issues that have nothing to do with the video. I appreciate Aeri making her videos she is kind and very sweet and we should be privileged that she is taking the time to make videos and teach us on how to make amazing food. = )

I really like this recipe!!! I think what people do not understand is that everyone some how or some way makes kimbap or sushi differently so fighting over a recipe that has so many different ways in all of Asia it is ignorant to argue. They are all good just pop one in your mouth and go on with your day!

Since when Makizushi became Korean food?? Are you kidding me?

Haa-ha, I came in here for just the recipe, but am enjoying all the comments, too. It's sad that we Asians fight so much. Pakistan-India-Bangladesh is always at war. China-Taiwan-Korea-Japan with historical tensions. Laos-Cambodia-Vietnam learning from war. The winner are White people, like U.S., which have army bases all over Asia. US enjoys us fighting so it can control us and our resources. Stop fighting. Stand together and get rid of Yankee Army from Asian soil.

It should be short grain rice... (or called sushi rice too..) If it's long .. pluffy rice.. the rice will not stick together..and will come out.. or fall apart when you roll or cut the kimbap..

Maybe you can fry some kind of mushroom you like.. how about.. shitake mushroom ?? (usually mushroom has lots of liquid in it when you cook.. ) .. so soak the shitake mushroom in water..and squeeze out the water..and finely chop..and marinate withe the sauce i used for the beef..and fry the mushroom and use like the meat filling.. ^^
