Look at the inlets and outlets of the carbs for restrictors (the part, that reduces the cross section) - the inlets from the airbox too - for sure. Check the slides in the carbs, they must be able to move fully to the upper position. Check the needles and jets for part numbers, if they match with the part numbers in original parts catalog for 45kW version. Restrictors can be dismounted, mismatched parts replaced and the slides modified or replaced too.
Cheaper and easier is to buy used standard 45kW version carburettors.
After all that you must set the carbs. The factory setting can be done in the garrage at home and it mostly complies. But every bike is a little special (especially when you use KN filters or/and custom exhaust/s), so MAYBE you have to try more settings to achieve the setting that will fit to your bike. You can also leave this to your motorbike mechanic - it will be much less stressful for you :)
