Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind

When I saw the trailer for Eternal Sunshine, I must admit that I didn't see it as particularly appealing. When it was recommended to me by a friend, I completely fell in love! Although it is presented in an unusual way, it completely relates to the way people actually think.
It was released in 2004 and features some amazing actors including Jim Carrey, Kate Winslet and Kirsten Dunst. It won an oscar, along with another 36 wins, and 50 nominations. The original book, written by Charlie Kaufman, was adapted into a screen play by Kaufman and director Michel Gondry.
The story is an amazing love tale with a strange twist and perfectly illustrates a real true love, appose to the usual 'hollywood' love.
It has deffinatly become one of my favoutites.
