@lovlyanime hmm that's what I'm thinking too (I'm Albertan). Apparently $70,000 a year isn't that much, but maybe it's different in Canada.

@arniebarb123 oh.. okay, so all vets must not be trusted. Must remember that

they ask the dog to get fixed to reduce animal over-population, duuh!
if ur dog had 4 puppies, would you be able to take them all in? probably not. you'd sell them or give them away. people will take them instead of the dogs in the shelter. for those abandoned dogs, adoption is a matter of life/death.
its very simple to understand.

what about CANADA?
-
Because your dog isn't the only one getting fixed. And that's not the only thing they do.

vets are crooks ..one vet told my dad when my yorkie was a puppy it was gunna need a joint replacement the dog still runs like a puppy at 16 years old.....they push u to get ur dog spayed/neutered they kno nothing about nutrtion because the ones that educate them are from major commercial dog food companies!!1 dont always believe what they tell u !! think about it like this they make between 70-100,000 grand year ..it cost 100 for ur dog to get fixed!! how are they making so much money?
veery good info and detail....
