12.5!!! I think you're watch is slow mate. It's around 14.5 at the very best, which equates to a15.3 0-100mph time when speedo discrepancy is taken into account.

what can you gain only with chip? around 265hp? what quartermile time?

with chip between 240-270 depends on the "piece". My ST as standard was only 200/350Nm... now it is 315/470Nm
my quarter mile was 13,5s but a year ago now might be better (hope) :D
