As a proud Rutgers grad I am disgusted with the money the state and the university has wasted on football. When I went to Rutgers it was considered a "public Ivy." Now it is a money pit for the football program.

I know you aren't talking to me, but I have to tell you that I think Rutgers is going to have a winning program for many, many years. Greg Schiano, who is having a beautiful house built next to the stadium, isn't going anywhere. And, kids growing up in New Jersey who in the past would dream of one day playing for Penn State, Michigan, or Miami, are going to be dreaming of playing for the Scarlet Knights. Amen?

in my personal experience, i havent heard anyone speak that highly of them. highly but not BCS highly. whoever said rutgers was going to a BCS game this year is insane. ive been a fan for my entire life and i even admitted we wernt making a BCS game. i think our schedule fit us fine because we were a VERY young team. lots of freshmen, mainly on offense. we had no chemistry in the beginning of the season because of all theseniors that left like britt teel tiquan and mccourty and several others

oh wow, first of all I never said you said it personally, but from what I've seen that is what most Rutgers fans tend to think. Additionally, so what if you guys are an 8-4 team going to a bowl, your schedule was a joke playing two FCS teams, Maryland, Fla Int, Army and Maryland who suck, big deal if you guys get to go to Toronto, finally it seems like after this loss here at the Dome, the tables are turning again back in our favor but who knows, only time will tell

i never said anything you just said. i never said we had a better program history, nor did i say we won a conference or national championship, or get to a good bowl game. all i said is that since 2005 not 2006, we have been better than syracuse. you fruity motherfuckers do have a better history than us. we only have a longer history, and after many years of losing to you homos, the tables have turned. even tho we lost to you this year, guess who is still going to a bowl game. certainly not you.
