@PCSX2Walkthroughs yes, if you've the right custom cooler.
the 4770 is the previous model of 5770, so zalman vf1000 would probably work also with 577.

Thanks for this video. Its great. I got a really noisy ATI Diamond HD4670. It's fan is just horrible. I am looking to replace the cooler on it. I think the zalman VF770 would fit mine. I was looking to get some idea what zalman coolers look like on an ATI card. This video was great. You didn't show the card after you had put the Zalman on. I don't know why would people give thumbs down to your video.....

Do they give u an adapter so u can use the 4pin power connector on the video card? Because I see the zalman vf1000 has a 3pin power connector.

No, they do not. The fan's power is plugged into a small fan controller which is then connected to the motherboard.

to uninstall the screws on the back of the card should i be using an antistatic screw driver?

It probably wouldn't be much of a big ordeal, but I always recommend grounding yourself or using an antistatic wriststrap.
