This idiot does not help anything, but he is kind of funny. Officer Martin is a loose cannon and by now it should be obvious to everyone in the department. He need his ass canned before he kills someone. If he was ever a good cop it sure does not show now and when someone who knows he is being watched fails to reign in his anger, he is way beyond help and should never be out in public. Fire the asshole or put him at drunk tank cleaning for the rest of his career so he doesn't kill someone.

lets look at some facts, on video. the ambulance pulled over, when he noticed the officer.An ambulance does NOT stop on a dime, when you are driving a bus you MUST provide a smooth ride to your partner providing patient care/ i am betting a peace sign or a wave is what really happened. and YES I get pissed when someone obstructs MY team from treating a patient. This trooper is a bully. It seems to be a " my dick is bigger than yours" thing/ Thank GOD i have the NYSP!! They Rock
