Profile-

N. Cole: Good speed, good motor and a good scorer. Has to work on reading defenses, ball handling, and size.

Justin Hamilton: Great motor, long range shoter, good fundamentals. Has to work on getting bigger. This guy reminds me of a Dirk Nowitzi, maybe not that good scorer, but has a good shot and a better rebounder.

T. Harris: Good athlete. Has to show something especially with N. Cole coming out last year.

Pitman: Undersize powerforward. Elton Brand type, but not hungry.

i agree but you should have more faith in rashard. think of his situation like odem's (though lewis hasn't been at that caliber). neither of them were put in comfortable positions to succeed, so they underachieved. odem didn't want to move teams AT ALL and rashard was on a bottom of the barrel team. if you remember what he did with the magic, we should be covered.
