Naw... what typically happens is that a company will offer the person money for the idea.
If that doesn't work, they offer them a cush position "Overseeing" the work, which can be delayed forever.
And if that doesn't work, they can just rely on the ignorant outer party, who are happy to repeat any dogma, as long as it makes them feel they "fit in".
Television Networks and Newspapers wouldn't lie to you... would they?
