I think J.D. always looks uncomfortable with women. But then, he was sort an awkward type. I had a poster of him for years in my old room, as a teenager. So I don't mean to be disrespectful! He just always looked as if he ought to be /wanted to be somewhere else.

There is a reason Jimmy looked crossed eyes in some pictures he was veryyyyyyyyyy near sighted. So it is no shock he would look cross eye in some pictures. By the way in the lockett Pier wore there was tow pictures, her dad and Jimmy. If it was aranged by the studio why carry his picture for years, up to her death, makes no sense. she made a huge mistake in giveing in to her mother, two broken marriage and never really getting over jimmy.

I read years ago that Pier Angeli ADMITTED in an interview the only man she truly loved was James Dean. WOW such a shame her mother screwed up a relationship between them. They truly loved each other.
