your words on this site are not proof of anything. I have given you documented sources that can be verified, you haven't. you have not proved anything "twice" just because you keep repeating the same unverifed things. where can i find anything you are saying written down by some one else. i have already countered your argument several times. Hawaii has been what it is for 50 years and no one is trying to reclaim it as it's own country so it will remain a state. Is there some revolution? No.
and during this time our nation was under peaceful treaty with the US. president Grover Cleveland sent one James Blaunt to asses the take over. the Blaunt report stated that the US was breaking international law invading a peaceful ally. the president demanded that the kingdom be restored, but due to racist driven opposition from americans it never happened. and after his term a newer more racist president stepped in to make sure it went on. Cleveland was ashamed of his country's actions.
even the territory of Hawai'i never existed. we were being occupied even then. US law states that only wit a TREATY can there be an acquisition of land. and yet they used the Newlands RESOLUTION to make Hawai'i a "territory" they did this because they couldn't get a treaty, we were apposed to being a territory and apposed to being a state. so when the legal route failed them the US decided the law didn't apply to them and forcibly stole our lands and occupied our nation, (continued)
the vote was rigged and the ballot stuffed. the contract, due to the less than lawful way it was conducted, is void. Hawai'i has always been an occupied nation, thats what we are now. but you don't know that because you have had propaganda shoved up your ass your whole life. you were successfully indoctrinated, and like a well programmed little american you deny what i say with a conviction that suggest you have a better source for your opinion than "thats what i was told" but you don't. (cont)
"the people of Hawai'i" never voted at all. after the illegal invasion and the creation of the illegal provisional government, more than 80% of the population of Hawai'i where US nationals, not even under Hawaiian government. THEY voted yes, and even allowed the occupying US military to vote. and the ballot its self was rigged. by law it must include the following choices; state, territory, free association, or INDEPENDENT NATION. however it said "statehood, yes or no" (continued)
lol i have already proven its not a state, i did it twice already but you keep changing the subject and pretending my post doesn't exist. grow a pair and try countering my argument, here it is again. the ONLY way to make a state is with a legal vote. there was no legal vote. therefore there is no state. its called modus tollens, it is a valid form. this means that as long as the premises are true the conclusion MUST be true. and guess what? all the premises are proven facts, confirmed by the US
Congress voted to make Hawai'i a state in March of 1959. The people of Hawai'i voted to make it a state in June of 1959 and on August 21, 1959, it was admitted into the union as the 50th state. It has been a state for 50 years.
laughing out loud! A number of agencies? The state of Hawaii recognizes itself as a state. You are the only one that doesn't. When are you going to come up with a good argument. How about you prove that it isn't a state? In the meantime, while you are still high, eat some more of your family's thanksgiving leftovers.
being recognized as a state by a number of agencies is not enough. you have still not proven that it IS a state. like i said only through a legal vote can a state be made. and being as there was no legal vote there can simply be no state. this is supported in US law. the president himself officially apologized for the unlawful acquisition. don't prattle on avoiding my posts. its a valid argument form with proven true premises, its undeniable. now have the courage to face my argument.
