  • Good job. I have a question though, how many layers of the bondo resin mix did you use?

  • just one, then a layer of "milkshake" 50%bondo resin 50% bondo and brush it on........

  • use the catalyst for the bondo, this way you can see a color change when mixed completely... I'll be posting videos on how to do this in following days... stay tuned...

  • Very useful tips and level of knowledge which is exactly what i was looking for but i have a question, (hope its not too stupid) the wiring for the speakers, as its a shelf install, how do you run the wires to the speakers?? where and how do you hide them?

  • No question is stupid! This box will sit ontop of the rear panel, behind the rear passenger and under the rear window (did that made any sense?) I will run the wires through the real panel cutting a whole on the carpet, then the bottom of the box..... I will post a vid of the finished project in the following weeks.....

  • if i dont have access to this 'bondo' stuff what should i use? thanks!

  • any kind of body filler will work. just look for a auto body and paint shop, and they should be able to help you...
