I was kinda bored and been farming this guy for a while now for the Blue proto drake that he has a chance of dropping. So I decided to make a video. Hope you enjoy. P.S Forgot to fraps the first part of the instance, I used invisibility to bypass the long pathway leading to svala's room, and of course skipped Svala herself.

what is your gear level?
I tried this at 348 and died

@Nene1298 Hmm, can't remember my gear level at the time, but it should be just doable with 348.
Glyph of evocation helps, so you can heal before you launch the spears. Timewarp + mirror image on boss so you don't take any aggro and kill him fast. Try to use Blast wave on every cooldown to slow adds at the start and if they get too close then Dragon's breath to disorient them.
