lots of different reasons for homelessness, its not a simple case of being able to judge these people, but please notice these people were all Australian local citizens. If every immigrant entering the country donated 10 dollars each toward homelessness the Government could afford to shout them all a good night at the casino and a short visit to Top-of-the-town a few beers and a souvlaki.
