@Wolfgirl2help He's never done any of those to the point where it hurts the dog. You have no idea what you're talking about. Physical correction is often needed in the cases where Cesar is called in. He's not abusing these animals in anyway. All of his ways are quick, firm corrections. I want you to try and correct a dog by yelling at it. lol, you trained a bigger, stronger dog when you were 5? Ok. That's cute. He wasn't at the point of the dogs Cesar is called in on. What's your point?

this CM guy is useless. most people with experience could do anything he does. really its about owners stepping up and being owners and masters of their pets and not some pets best friend. just like your parents there is a time you can play but when they put their foot down you stop. the dog is no different. owners need to realise in the dog world that the 'top dog' of the pack, in a dogs mind, is master. in the wild watch wolves how they cringe to their leader and get bitten if out of line

@blakeheatingandair No I'm not jealous, not at all, I have absolutely no desire in the whole wide world to be in his shoes.

I have a totally different approach how to be a dog behaviorist than Cesar does, he prefers to use positive punishment, negative punishment and negative reinforcement, he seldom uses positive reinforcement. He punish the dog for misbehaving in many imaginative ways

I prefer to use Positive reinforcement and teach the dog how I want it to behave instead

@Nastypsychoboy The dog is fine, but you have to train the dog to be kind to children, because it is plesant, then the dog will choose to be good, and if done right, be reliable too, but using force like this only suppress the problem, and the dog is a ticking bomb instead, and if the dog is alone with a weak child it might very well explode

@serpente300 - You have just stated an opinion, not any proof, on either account. That a network is broadcasting him is not proof of that his method is valid, just watch what is broadcasted on TV, most reality TV is not worth the time it takes to watch, and I might argue that people tend to get more stupid watching many programs broadcasted for entertainment purpose only.

Dear girl it is TV, it ALWAYS works on TV, 30 minutes and your problems are gone, right ??

@Detnavningenhavde i work with herbalife and i'm quite used to criticism :D everybody has the right to his own opinion, but facts are facts and his methods work, that is a fact . i never saw no force or abuse being exerted on dogs by CM. watch more shows on him there is an enterview where he is introduced by saying his show is being broadcasted in 100 countries, also national geographic is supporting his work. another fact, he saves dogs deemed irrecuperable by professionals :D.

@serpente300 Nobody, who understand their theories, will tell you it doesn't work what he does, what I critize is that his method is abusive and his theory is selfinvented for the purpose, not founded in real dogbehavior or science. He uses punishment, and as he say himself, using as much force as neccesary. He mostly use negative reinforcement, and positive punishment, if you are familiar with this.

There is simply at better, easier and more dog frienly way, than Cesars way.

In my country every professional dog trainer, dog behaviourist, association etc. ban his methods, and many of his methods is downright illegal, and could be prosecuted if using them. His show got cancelled in my country, after thousands of people and associations speaking against him, and newspapers and TV also criticises his theory.
