I have the program Substance 3D Classic A.R. made by Neuro-systems. It's a program to create realtime 3D application for producing photorealistic Evolutionary Art. You can render in the program or export to for example OBJ-object to import in other program.
But you can also do a AR render. As a preview you get what you see in this video. But the program can't not video record (yet) so I used MSI Afterburner software to record the preview.
