This movie shows a real time simulation of the SIDE@IAA positioning anti-collision software, adopting our current design for the IAA/AVS BigBOSS fiber positioner. More details on engineering and scientific aspects will follow at http://side.iaa.es/. The simulation which originated the movie is essential to clarify the technical and scientific requirements for the 5000 fiber positioner system of the BigBOSS instrument. Time Counter corresponds to real time fiber positioning.
